Australia

An example of innovative storage and attention to detail.

Japan, example #1

A uniquely Japanese style and design approach to a small room, By paying close attention to detail, a balance of form and function is achieved. Note the low position of the bed and the innovative leg support system, plus use of real veneers to disguise and create the wall effect.

Japan, example #2

Unique perspectives combine to create harmony and balance in living and sleeping areas. This example really maximises space in a longer room which uses lighting to add dimension of more space. Again, lower heights are preferred which is made possible with our system.

Japan, example #3

Creative and cost-effective design to use the features of the product fully and create a minimalist approach to wallbeds and a huge reduction in cost of components and installation. The NeXt bed design enables this to be created with flair. A cabinet could be added later but here the client made changes to create a unique look by using planks. An easy DIY project for most people.

South East Asia

This example shows a smaller apartment where our desk units are combined with dual beds and huge storage to make use of the high ceiling.

Asia

Unique approaches again from Asia. These designs increase the capacity for dual-purpose living and sleeping areas. This design comes with safety features and support, clean lines and ease of use, incorporating a locking facility and safety shelf.

Additional safety panels added to provide peace of mind for a compact dormitory rest centre – any bed size and layout is possible with the SBLM spring system.

Singapore

The example was in Singapore where space is at a premium. A plain high-quality veneer was used with a horizontal bed to further save space discreetly. Whilst capturing the storage space above, lighting and ports can be found inside the bed space.

UAE (Dubai)

Wallbed Systems are also frequently elected for hotel projects, which demand highest performance and safety, plus minimal maintenance.

The Jumeirah Beach Hotel required increased flexibility and capacity for family rooms at the prestigious hotel overlooking the famous Burj.

Rooms were recommended to have 1-2 wallbeds. As well as ease of operation, these beds had safety features and added comfort which temporary beds cannot match.

A total of 158 ‘secret’ wallbeds were installed at the hotel. Guests are not aware of the hidden beds due to the small cabinet footprint, but staff still can open and close with minimal effort in seconds. Note also the perfect balance achieved with the SBLM springs matched exactly to the full weight of a premium hotel mattress.

The result was significant savings in room make-up for families and assurance of a proper bed and mattress, with minimal work from staff and no storage needed for roll-away beds.

Poland, example #1
