Our Beta DIY Kit named by Forbes Magazine as 'Best Budget Murphy Bed' (May 2024)

Wallbed Systems Ltd. is delighted that Forbes has named our mechanism, the Beta DIY Kit among the top ten Murphy beds available in the United States. Forbes carefully researched and selected the best Murphy beds by reviewing customer feedback and consulting with experts. They focused on functionality, installation, materials, design, and customer satisfaction. Key features like integrated shelving, ease of use, and customizable options were highly valued, while beds that lacked support or required extra components were less favored. The final choices were reviewed by experienced sleep editors who have tested over 100 beds.

WBS is delighted to have received the Commitment to Excellence Award by Building and Construction Review for Director Jeremy Waller's two-decades of experience in wall bed systems and hardware engineering, product development and supply chain management utilising spring balance mechanisms.

WBS was applauded for developing and launching their NeXT bed model, a truly ‘democratic’ wall bed: one that everyone knows and can afford. We have evaluated the quality and finish of such counterfeit products firsthand and can confirm they the springs are of inferior quality to ours which very alarmingly, raises serious safety issues. In addition, there are design issues and the finish is substandard with paintwork chipping off.

We want to ensure that you receive only the authentic wall bed product that is crafted with the care, quality, and reliability that defines our brand. To protect yourself from purchasing counterfeit products, we recommend that you:
